We offer design services for your balconies, galleries, and stairs. For projects requiring plans signed by an architect or engineer, we work with recognized partner professionals.

Do you offer inspection services and balcony condition reports?

No, we do not offer this service.

Do you offer repair or restoration of existing elements?

No, we do not offer this service.

Do you replace thermopanes or hardware on existing windows?

No, we do not offer this service.

What are the timelines for manufacturing and installation?

4 to 12 weeks, depending on the season and project complexity. Add to this, if applicable, the time required to obtain renovation permits.

Do you work with Canadian manufacturers and suppliers?

We manufacture fiberglass balconies and steps, as well as our welded aluminum stairs and guardrails. All our suppliers for other products and materials are Canadian.

Are your installation teams employees or subcontractors?

Mainly employees, as well as subcontractors certified by our management.

Do you offer financing?

No. We recommend financing your work through your bank.

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes. We meet all requirements imposed by the RBQ (Régie du bâtiment du Québec).

What are the maximum dimensions for a fiberglass floor?

The maximum dimension of a single-piece fiberglass floor is 12 feet × 24 feet. For larger surfaces, we install in two pieces, with a joint made on-site in fiberglass of the same color.

Do you install in winter?

Yes, if weather conditions permit.

Do you install materials supplied by the client?

We can reinstall your ramps or stairs if still in good condition, but we do not install new materials from other companies.

Are you manufacturers? If so, of what materials?

Yes. We manufacture our welded aluminum or steel stairs and guardrails, as well as our custom-made fiberglass balconies and steps.

Who is your door and window manufacturer?

We work with several manufacturers and choose the best quality-to-price ratio for your project.
